This is an image from NME magazine an alternative and indy music magazine. This magazine is ideal for my research as it is an indy magazine and similar to the one i am hoping to produce. I also wrote an Essay on NME magazine and on an article in NME magazine to further my research into this magazine. This particular cover has an image of the band Franz Ferdinand standing behind one behind each other against a plain background with the text of the band in front of them, the plain background has an interesting effect because it draws your focus to the band but makes the front cover plainer.
